God&#8217;s Holy Word.
The holy bible is full of scriptures that teach us God wants us to eat a healthy diet according to his word. The most important in my opinion is Genesis 1:29 where God says &#8220;Look! I have given you the seed-bearing plants throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food.&#8221; This means to me that as God created the earth and the air, water, plants and animals; he created the best for us. He told us that we should eat fruit, vegetables and that which grows from the ground as our food. Throughout time we have rejected God and his plan for our lives and we as people have decided our way is better than his way. So we eat whatever we want.

Then God called man in relationship with himself through Abraham and his descendants. A person who already has a healthy diet is a better candidate for liposuction than someone who eats a junk food diet, because the person with the healthy diet is probably healthier overall. Having liposuction is a big deal, and anyone willing to go to the trouble and expense of having it may be willing to maximize their results by developing good diet and exercise habits before surgery and then resuming those practices once it is safe to do so after the surgery.
Some people choose liposuction because they think that once they have the excess fat deposits removed from their thighs (or wherever), they won&#8217;t have to worry about diet and exercise to maintain their new figure.But a 2004 study published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery showed that patients who did not follow a healthy diet after having liposuction were three times more likely to gain weight. People who did not exercise after liposuction were four times more likely to gain weight!

Everyone has different ways of staying healthy. Here are some of the food portions that you need to have to keep a balanced healthy diet. 
Start with the basics. Include bread, rice, and pasta in your breakfast, lunch or dinner. These types of food take care of the supply of the vitamin B complex and should always be part of the main course. Remember to take everything in moderation.
Stock up on fruits and vegetables. Most people don&#8217;t get the required portions of fruits and vegetables. Experts say that we should at least eat five portions of these nutritious foods in each meal. Examples of one portion of veggies are two tomatoes, half of a cucumber, or a small bowl of grapes. 
Eat the right portions of meat, fish and chicken. Fish especially salmon and sardines are the healthiest so they should be eaten at least twice a week. Chicken is better without the skin and grilled instead of fried, while lean meat is much better than eating it with fat.
