1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon ground anise seeds
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Approximately 1 cup powdered sugar to use for dusting
