Many people know as the kiwi fruit from New Zealand. Yet long before now as famous as, kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa) is a native fruit from South China. The spread of kiwi up to the mainland of New Zealand began in the early 20th century. When Isabel Fraser, Head of School Wanganui Girls’ College brought seeds from China to the kiwi to New Zealand. Currently, New Zealand as a country famous for the world’s largest producer of kiwis.
Besides often processed into an exotic dessert, kiwi also has many health benefits. Kiwi is an excellent source of vitamin C. Promotion is very beneficial for the immune system and expel the symptoms of flu. Especially when combined with lemon juice is loaded in vitamin C and honey are efficacious anti-inflammatories.
Kiwi Kisses
For 2 servings
(Preparation time: 5 minutes)
Ingredient:
2 kiwi fruit
250 g melon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons shaved ice
Method:
1. Diced kiwi and melon into small pieces.
2. Enter the kiwi, melon, lemon juice, and honey into the blender bowl. Process until smooth.
3. Place the shaved ice in serving glasses. Pour the kiwi juice. Serve immediately.
TIP RECIPE:
