1 teaspoon salt

250 ml cream

Method:
(Cooking time: 15 minutes)
1. Heat butter and olive oil, saute onion until transparent. Add flour, stirring until browned flour.
2. Enter the broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Lift.
3. Add cream, grated cheese, and a sprinkling of chopped parsley. Serve while warm.
